Privacy Policy

When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, email, delivery address, city, order details, selected payment method, payment proof you upload and optional delivery notes. We keep order history and administrative status changes. We also receive information you choose to share through reviews, support messages or WhatsApp.

How information is used

We use information to process and confirm orders, arrange delivery, respond to questions, prevent fraud and maintain business records. Order records are available only to the authorised owner account.

Submission protection uses a hashed connection address and counters to reduce repeated submissions. Reviews you submit are held for approval; approved display names, ratings and review text are public.

Necessary sharing

Relevant information may be shared with service providers, such as courier companies, where needed to fulfil your order, or with authorities when legally required. We do not sell customer information.

Your questions and requests

Contact us with privacy questions or requests concerning your information. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and any records we are required to retain.
